We've been visiting BHI for years, and our family of 7 agrees that this is their favorite property so far on the island. The house is pretty much brand new thanks to a recent renovation. Bathrooms, kitchen...all of it. This is a very unique floorplan, especially for BHI.  We didn't need any support, but the property manager was on the ball and easily accessible, just in case. Couldn't ask for much more!

Even Keel is a great house, in a super location! The house has great space for families, large bedrooms and a lovely screened in porch for enjoying the ocean breezes. The communication with Edie and Katie was superb! They obviously cared about our experience and were very responsive to any questions or needs.

Our family loved the stay at Stroll to Shoals. Perfect location to bike/walk to Shoals beach club, east beach accesses and turtle conservancy/mike's bites. Communication throughout with the property managers Edie and Katie was excellent. 

We spent a wonderful week here for our daughter's wedding. The house is incredible! We enjoyed being across the street from the ocean. Amazing. The property manager was so helpful and everything went so smoothly could not have asked for a better place or a better property manager.

We had a great time staying at this villa. We loved the views of the ocean and surrounding ponds. The villa is very close to a beach access point which we took full advantage of. Edie (property manager) was extremely helpful and made sure our trip was on track from before we got there through our departure. She was very responsive and helpful if we needed anything or had questions.

We have spent many summers at Kiawah and Figure Eight and we were surprised we liked Bald Head even more!  The ferry ride over was magical to the children as well as the adults and everything worked seamlessly. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The property managers were dreamy to work and responded very quickly to every question we had. It’s a wonderful house for families and we hope to return.

We loved Earth! It’s cute, clean, comfortable, and has a perfect location on the island! The sheets, pillows, and duvet are fabulous... you want to snuggle in. The kitchen provisions are just what you need. The furniture is perfect for you to have room to unpack and keep a tidy space. The sunrise and sunset view at the marina is awesome and peaceful! I can’t wait to stay again. Edie and Katie are great! They answer all your questions, reply in a timely manner, text/email you depending on your preference to keep you in the loop and to let you know they are there to make your stay perfect.
